1/4 Yard #40 White Ribbon
1/4 Yard #3 Gold Ribbon

First, cut 12 inch of snow cellophane.  Gather in the middle and wire, leaving part of the wire to attach to arms made from 1/4 yard #40 White Ribbon.  After attaching arms, place remaining wire in vase.  You will wire the arms together to form hands and add a small gold bow.    Tape three white carnations with floral tape and insert into vase.  Place two red carnations under white carnations to form a collar.  Add fern and million star gyp around red carnations.  Spray a covered wire with gold spray and push into top white carnation.
