Some florist have a great deal of trouble with snapdragon heads bending when dehydrating. One florist suggestion is to wrap the heads in newspaper while they are dehydrating. Make sure they are standing straight up in the bucket and the heads are wrapped so that light only comes in the top of the wrap.
