First, stephanotis does not do well at temperatures under 42 degrees. If you have worked many weddings, you know how easy these blooms turn brown.

Florists know the oils from a designers hand will also turn these flowers brown. Some will work with gloves while others keep their hands wet and handle the flowers as little as possible.

To hydrate these flower, just float in water. If they develop spots, some florists will touch the spot area with water base white paint.

Also, "Floral Mist" your blooms to hold the look. "Floral Mist" contains wax that coats the flower.
